Will my health insurance cover Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is covered by most health insurance companies - VHI, Quinn, HSF and Hibernian. The Acupuncturist will give you a receipt that you can submit to the insurance company.

As a fully qualified Acupuncturist with full professional indemnity, public liability insurance and being a member of a professional association you will be able to claim back money from your treatment. However as there are many different levels of cover with each health insurance company I advise you to check with your individual plans terms and conditions.
